We operate Krishaka Ventures Private Limited out of Village Duwaria, care of Bhagwan Bux Singh. Gajanpur Duwaria is a quiet place for the most part, which is how we like it. We have our small office set up right here in the village so we stay close to where the actual work happens. It doesn't make sense for us to be in a big city far away from the fields. We spend our time managing the various projects we have going on. It’s mostly about coordinating between different people and making sure everyone has what they need. Sometimes we have to travel a bit to meet folks, but we always come back here to finish the day. The office isn't much, just a room with some chairs and a table that’s seen better days. We don't need luxury to get our work done. Most of the people we work with are our neighbors, so there’s a lot of trust involved. We don't write big reports or use complicated words. We just talk and figure things out as we go along. If the rain stays away, we can get a lot done in a week. When it pours, we mostly just catch up on the paperwork. It’s a simple life, but there is always something to keep us occupied. We appreciate the slow pace and the chance to work with people we know.
