Organo Milk Farmer Producer Company Limited

We started Organo Milk Farmer Producer Company Limited because the dairy business in our village needed us to stick together. You can find us over at C/O Shri Pal Yadavbaral. It is a busy place most mornings when the sun is barely up and the milk cans start arriving from the farms nearby. We spend a lot of our time checking if the milk is good and making sure the farmers get a fair price for the hard work they put in with their cows. It is not a fancy setup with a big office or anything like that. We just have some basic gear and a lot of hands on deck to move things along. Sometimes the weather makes it really tough, especially when the rains turn the dirt paths into thick mud, but we keep going because the milk has to get out. Shri Pal stays on top of the paperwork while the rest of us handle the cooling and the loading. People around here know where we are if they need to talk about their supply or if they have questions about what is happening next. It’s just a group of local folks trying to make the dairy work a bit more reliable for everyone in the area. We don't have much time for long meetings, so most of our decisions happen right there in the yard while the trucks are getting ready. It is honest work and we do it every single day.
