Whisen Gallery

Our gallery is located at number 1134 on the 100ft Road in HAL 2nd Stage. It is one of those places where you can see the city moving fast right outside the window while things are a bit quieter inside. We spend a lot of our time just arranging the items we have so that people can actually walk around and see them clearly. The 100ft Road is always packed with cars and people, especially in the evenings, so we get a lot of folks just peering in while they wait for the traffic to move. We don’t try to be too formal here; it’s just a space where we display what we have available. Usually, the staff is busy cleaning the glass or moving pieces around to make room for something new that just arrived. HAL 2nd Stage is a nice area, and we like the vibe of this neighborhood. Sometimes the sun hits the front of the building just right in the afternoon, and we have to adjust the blinds. We don’t use any complicated systems for our work, just a ledger and some common sense when talking to people who walk in. It’s mostly about being helpful and knowing where everything is kept in the back. We have been here long enough that we recognize the regulars who walk their dogs past our door every morning. It's just a regular day-to-day operation for us, keeping things tidy and making sure the gallery stays open for anyone passing by.
