Vivaa Ice Cream

Vivaa Ice Cream is tucked away at Whitefield 48. It’s a pretty simple setup because, at the end of the day, it’s just about keeping things frozen and ready to eat. We have a few big freezers that hum all the time, which is the main sound you hear inside. The shop isn't very large, so it can get a bit tight when a whole family comes in at once. Being at number 48 means we see a lot of people who live right around the corner in the neighborhood. We spend our time checking temperatures and making sure the tubs are full of different flavors. It’s a bit messy sometimes when the kids are around, but we just wipe it up and keep going. We don't have any fancy seating, just a couple of plastic chairs to sit for a minute. The walls are plain, and we don't bother with much decor because it's not that kind of place. People come in, get what they want, and usually walk back out to the street. In the summer, it gets really busy and we are constantly restocking the popular flavors like vanilla and chocolate. We aren't trying to be a gourmet shop; we just sell the stuff people like to eat when it's hot. Sometimes the delivery trucks have a hard time finding the exact spot at 48, but we just wave them down. It’s a straightforward business. We like the quiet moments in the morning before the rush.
