We are located at 121/H in the Bommasandra Industrial Area. If you drive down Hosur Road, you will see us among all the other manufacturing units and warehouses. It is a heavy industrial zone, so it is all about trucks and logistics around here. Grg Dairy Products isn’t a farm with cows out in a green field; it is a processing spot where everything has to move fast. The work day starts very early in the morning because dairy products don’t wait for anyone to wake up. You can smell the milk and the cleaning supplies as soon as you step through the door. It is a wet environment and everyone usually wears heavy boots to stay dry. We have a lot of stainless steel equipment that needs constant attention and scrubbing. It is not a glamorous job at all. It is mostly about checking temperatures and making sure all the seals are tight on the containers. We have a small office section where the invoices get typed up, but the real work happens out on the floor. The traffic on Hosur Road can be a real headache for our drivers, but they have learned all the shortcuts over the years. We have a tight crew here. Most of them have been handling dairy for a long time and know exactly what to do. We just focus on getting the crates out on time every single day.
