Mukesh Burf Gola Centre

Mukesh Burf Gola Centre is a small shop located at 31/A on Cooks Road in Shivaji Nagar. We are right near OPH Road and very close to the Jain Temple. It is a very lively area with a lot of people passing through at all times of the day. We have been here for a long time serving gola to the local crowd who live nearby. The shop is quite tiny and mostly consists of the ice machine and all the different syrup bottles we use. It gets very busy in the afternoons when the sun is really hot. We spend our time shaving the ice and talking to the customers who stop by for a quick break from their walk. It is nice because we get to see all kinds of people from the neighborhood. Some have been coming to us since they were small kids. We do not have any fancy furniture or air conditioning in the shop. It is just a simple stall where you can get a cold treat. The noise from Cooks Road is constant, but it just adds to the general energy of the place. We do not do any advertising because the location near the temple brings in enough people on its own. We just try to keep the ice cold and the syrups ready for the next person. It is a simple business and we like being part of the daily life here in Shivaji Nagar. It is hard work when it is hot outside, but seeing people enjoy a gola makes it worth it for us.
