Igloo Ice Cream

Working at Igloo Ice Cream means spending a lot of time around the sound of humming freezers. We are based in the Shivagiri Complex within the Mitra Mandal Colony, which is part of Cv Raman Nagar. Our address is 3 Cv Raman Nagar Chandrawati. It is quite a contrast stepping into our cold room when it is boiling hot outside. We have all the different tubs of ice cream stacked up, and sometimes the floor gets a little bit sticky if someone isn't careful. It’s a small shop in a busy complex, so we get a lot of people walking by, especially in the evenings when families come out. We spend our time checking the temperatures and making sure the deliveries go out to the local shops on time. It isn't a glamorous job, but it is nice to see kids getting excited about a treat. The parking area in the complex can be a real headache, but we have learned the best times to move our supply vans. We have a small desk in the back where we handle the paperwork, but mostly we are out front or near the cold storage. It is a steady pace of work, and we have been here long enough that the regulars know exactly what they want before they even walk in. We just keep the freezers running and the flavors ready for whoever stops by.
