Our office is at 19/1 on the Iind Floor of 13Th. It’s a bit of a tight spot to find if you’re looking for it for the first time. Grb Dairy Foods Pvt Ltd is a name most people know for the products, but our everyday reality here is just a few rooms filled with desks and people talking on phones. We aren't out on the factory floor here; this is where we handle the numbers and the paperwork. The stairs are a bit narrow, and the landing on the second floor is usually cluttered with a few boxes or some old furniture. We don't have a big sign outside, just a small one by the door. Inside, it’s mostly just us trying to keep everything organized. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea, and that’s usually where the best gossip happens. The windows look out over the street, so we see all the delivery bikes going back and forth. It’s a noisy neighborhood, but once the door is shut, it’s not too bad. We’ve been in this building for a while, so we know all the quirks, like which light switch doesn't work and how to jiggle the key in the lock. It’s a simple setup, and it works for us. We don't need anything more than a desk and a good group of people to get through the day. Sometimes the ceiling leaks when it rains hard, but we just put a bucket out.
