New Ksheera Sagar

New Ksheera Sagar is tucked away at No. 30/1 on Sheshadri Road, right near Anandrao Circle in Bangalore. This is a very busy part of the city with all the buses and cars moving through the circle at all hours. We have been here for quite some time, watching the city grow and the traffic get heavier. Our shop isn't very big, and it can get a bit cramped when the morning crowd comes in for their coffee and breakfast. We don't have a fancy interior designer. Everything you see, we put there ourselves because it was practical. We spend our mornings prep-working and our afternoons cleaning up. Bangalore is a fast city, but we try to keep our own pace here. We have a few people working in the back and a couple of us out front. We don't have a marketing strategy or anything like that. We just rely on the fact that people walking to the bus stop or working in the nearby offices need a place to grab a bite. The steam from the kitchen usually makes the windows a bit foggy in the cooler months. We have our regulars who come in every day and know exactly where they want to sit. It is a simple life of serving food and clearing tables. We don't try to be a fancy cafe. We are just a local spot at Anandrao Circle where we do our work and go home. That is what we have been doing for years.
