Our place is at 24 Banashankari, right on the 10th Cross in Vasanth Nagar. It is a busy intersection, so there is always the sound of horns and people talking outside near the gate. The office is a modest one, located in a building that has been around for quite some time now. We have a couple of rooms, but we mostly use the front one for everything we do. There are some old chairs for people to wait in, and the desk is usually covered in notebooks and pens. Veena is usually here most of the day, keeping track of everything that needs to get done. The neighborhood has changed a lot, with new shops opening up all the time, but this little corner stays pretty much the same as it always was. We have a small stove in the back to make tea in the afternoons. It is not a high-pressure environment; we just take things as they come. The 10th Cross is a good spot because it is easy to get to from different parts of the city, though parking can be a bit of a nightmare on certain days. We have had the same curtains for years, and the floor has a few cracks, but it is a comfortable enough place to work. People drop in without appointments all the time, and we just fit them in between our other tasks. It is just a regular local business trying to keep up.
