Tycon Advertising Group

Our office for Tycon Advertising Group is up on the 2nd floor of Venkatdri Arcade in Gandhi Bazar. The address is 26 Basavanagudi, right on the Main Road. It’s a lively spot to be. There are always people shopping and vendors calling out downstairs. Our space is a bit cluttered with posters, samples, and stacks of old magazines we use for ideas. It’s not one of those sterile, modern offices you see in movies. We have mismatched chairs and a printer that jams if you look at it wrong. We spend most of our time talking about layouts and trying to get the colors right for whatever project is on the desk. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is coming up, eating takeout while we work. We don't have a big corporate structure here. We’re just a small group of people who enjoy putting things together. You can hear the traffic from Gandhi Bazar all day, which can be distracting, but it also keeps us feeling connected to the city. We don't have a formal way of doing things. If someone has an idea, we just talk it over. Sometimes we argue about fonts for an hour, but it’s all part of the job. It’s a bit chaotic, but it’s our version of normal. We like being in Basavanagudi. It feels like the heart of the area, and we’re just glad to be a part of it.
