The shop is located right here at Boopasandra 68. It is a quiet spot most of the time, except for when the school buses go past in the afternoon. We started this place because we saw how hard it was for folks to find specific things they needed for their diet without driving across the whole city. If you walk in, you'll see shelves lined with various snacks and supplies that don't have all that added sugar. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the new stock arrives and boxes end up in the corners for a day or two. It’s a small team of us here. We spend a lot of time talking to the neighbors who stop by. Many of them have been coming since we first opened. It isn't just about selling things; it is more like a daily routine of seeing familiar faces. Sometimes someone asks for something we don't have on the shelf, and we write it down in a little notebook to look for it later. The lights in the back room are a bit dim, but the front stays bright enough. We have a small stool for anyone who needs to sit down for a minute while we get their items. It’s just a regular local shop in Boopasandra doing its thing. We aren't doing anything groundbreaking, just making sure these specific items are available for anyone who needs them. We close up around eight most evenings.
