Sri Ranga Kalakshetra

Sri Ranga Kalakshetra is tucked away here in Indira Nagar 6. It’s a space where we teach traditional arts to whoever wants to learn. We have kids coming in after school and some adults who finally found time for their hobbies. The building isn't huge, but there is enough room for the classes. We keep things simple here. You won't find a lot of high-tech stuff, just the basics needed for practice. The sounds of bells or music are usually drifting out the door. We spend a lot of time organizing the batches because everyone has a different schedule these days. Indira Nagar is a busy area, but once you step inside, it feels a bit quieter. Sometimes the floors get a bit dusty from all the foot traffic, so we are always sweeping up. We aren't trying to be some massive institution, just a local spot for art. People usually hear about us through neighbors or just by walking past the sign. We have different teachers for different things, and we all just show up and do our bit. It’s nice to see a student finally get a step right after weeks of trying. We don't do much advertising, we just focus on the lessons and keeping the place running. It’s a lot of work managing the timings, but we’ve been at it for a while now. We hope the students enjoy the time they spend here away from their phones and screens.
