Career Craft Consultant Pvt Ltd is located in Pune at 702 Koramangala Ganesh Nagar. We are on the 2nd floor of the Prem Complex in the Erandawane area. It is a busy office building with lots of people coming in and out for different things. Our work mostly involves looking through piles of resumes and talking to people who are searching for jobs. We spend a lot of time on the computer or making phone calls to different companies. It is a pretty straightforward operation. We have been in Prem Complex for a good while and we have a simple setup with just desks and chairs. There is nothing very fancy about our office. Erandawane is a central part of Pune, so it is easy for people to reach us. We see all kinds of people, from young students looking for their first job to older folks wanting a change. We don't have any big mission statements. We just try to match people with the right roles based on what they can do. Sometimes the office gets a bit loud when everyone is on the phone at the same time. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It is a lot of data and talking, but we have gotten pretty good at it over the years. We are just a small team of consultants working out of the second floor.
