Tarang Arts sits right on Sarkhej Road, specifically at 660 in the Jayanagar area. It’s a busy spot, and the traffic outside can get pretty loud during the afternoons. Inside, though, it’s different. We have all sorts of things tucked away in the corners. The shelves are filled with stuff we’ve collected or made over the months. Being at Jayanagar Sarkhej Road 660 means we see a lot of people passing by on their way to work. Some just peek through the window to see what’s new. We don’t really do big sales pitches or anything like that. If someone likes a piece of art or a supply we have, they just ask. The floor is concrete and has a few paint stains that won't come out, no matter how hard we scrub them. It gives the place some character, I guess. We spend a lot of time organizing brushes or moving frames around to make more space. The lighting isn't perfect, but it works for what we do. Sometimes we forget to turn the sign off when we leave for the night. It’s just a small shop where we try to keep things moving. We’ve been at this location for a while, and the neighbors know us by now. It’s a simple life, mostly just dealing with colors and textures all day long. Sometimes the dust gets a bit much, but we manage it every day.
