Snack That

We are located up on the 1st floor at 251/A, right in the Basavanagar GIDC Industrial Estate. Finding us on 19th Main and 17th Cross in Sector 4 can be a bit of a puzzle if it’s your first time here. The stairs are a little narrow, and you have to walk past a couple of other workshops to get to us. We call ourselves Snack That because, well, that's what we do. We make snacks. The kitchen area gets pretty warm by mid-morning, especially when the ovens are all going at once. We started out small, just making a few things for the workers in the industrial area who wanted something to eat during their breaks. Now we do a bit more than that. It’s a busy place with a lot of noise from the nearby factories. We don't have a storefront with big windows or fancy displays. It’s more of a workspace where things get made and packed. I usually have flour on my apron by ten o'clock. We use the recipes we've had for years, nothing too complicated. Some days the supply truck can't find the entrance, so I have to go down to the road and wave them in. It's hard work, but we like being part of the Sector 4 community. Most of our regulars are the people who work in the buildings right next to us. We just keep the kitchen going every day.
