Shubh Muhurat Mehendi Arts

We are located in Wilson Garden, specifically at number 335 on 15th Cross. We’re quite close to the police station here. Shubh Muhurat Mehendi Arts is mainly about mehendi, as the name says. We spend a lot of our time sitting with cones and drawing designs on hands and feet. It’s a lot of sitting and focusing on small details. The shop isn't like a big hair salon; it's more of a studio space. We have pillows and mats because mehendi takes a long time and people need to be comfortable. During the festival seasons and the wedding months, this place gets really packed with families. It gets loud with everyone talking at once. We’ve been doing this for years and our hands are used to the repetitive motions. We also do some basic beauty things, but the henna is why people usually come to see us. The smell of eucalyptus oil and henna is always in the air here. We don't have a fancy website or anything. Most people just hear about us from their cousins or neighbors. If you’re looking for us, just head towards the Wilson Garden police station and you’ll find the 15th Cross easily. It’s a busy residential area so there are always kids playing outside. We just keep our heads down and keep drawing those patterns. It's a slow process but we like the way the designs look once they dry.
