My name is Shivaleela and my place is located at number 365 in Vishveshwaraiah Puram. Most people around here just call it V.V. Puram. I am on the 4th Main Road, very close to the 5th Cross in the P.G. Halli section. My setup is quite simple and I have been using this address for both my living and working space for a long time. It’s a traditional house with a small area in the front where I meet with people. I handle various small-scale services, mostly helping people with their local registrations and personal paperwork. The neighborhood is very lively, especially in the evenings when the food street nearby starts to get busy. I can usually smell the dosas and vadas from my front porch. I don't have any employees, so I do everything myself, from answering the door to filing the papers. I have a small garden in the front with some jasmine plants that I take care of every morning. My visitors are usually people from the same street or friends of friends. We sit on the porch and talk for a bit before we get down to the actual work. It is a very relaxed atmosphere and I don't feel the need to make it look like a corporate office. I like the independence of working from home and being able to help my neighbors with things they find confusing or difficult to manage on their own.
