Sbn Provision Store

We are located at 32/33 on 6th Cross Road in RR Nagar. Being in BEML Layout, specifically the 5th Stage, means we are in a very residential area. Sbn Provision Store is just a small local shop where we keep the daily essentials. Most of the work involves keeping track of what is running low. We get deliveries of oil, flour, and sugar almost every other day. It’s a lot of manual work, pouring things into smaller bags or stacking tins on the high shelves near the ceiling. I usually spend my time at the front counter while the boys help with the heavier stuff in the back. We have a small bench outside where some of the older men sit and talk in the evenings when it cools down. It is a quiet street for the most part, except for when the school buses go by. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy. Just the name on the board above the door. The shop has been here for a while, and we’ve seen the kids in the neighborhood grow up and start coming in on their own to buy sweets or pens for school. It isn't a high-stress job, but it is constant. There is always a jar to refill or a floor to mop at the end of the shift. We just keep things moving and make sure the shelves aren't empty.
