Sree Ganesh Stores

We have been running Sree Ganesh Stores for quite a while now. We are right on Magadi Main Road, at Kusuma Nilaya, just across from the Saraswathi Convention Hall. It is a busy spot, especially when there is a big wedding happening over there. Our shop is not very large, but we try to keep all the basic things people need every day. I spend most of my time behind the counter, chatting with the neighbors and weighing out rice or dal. My family helps me out when things get a bit too much for one person. We stock everything from soaps and batteries to local spices and snacks. The traffic outside is always loud, and the dust from the road comes in sometimes, so we are constantly dusting the shelves. It’s just a normal neighborhood store. We don't have any fancy systems or a big staff. It is just us doing our daily work. Sometimes the delivery trucks arrive late and things get a bit messy with boxes in the aisle, but we manage to clear it up by evening. I like being here because I know everyone’s face. People stop by not just to buy things but sometimes just to say hello or complain about the rain. We just keep going, making sure the milk is fresh and the jars are full. If you are passing by the convention hall, you will see us there.
