Nagarjun Ideal Shoppee

We are set up at 50, right opposite FAB Mall in the G I D C Industrial Estate. It’s a bit of a mix here because the address says Markarpura but we’re also right by Kiran Poter Lane in Mathikere. It can be confusing if you’re just following a map, but we are right across from the mall. Being in an industrial estate means we see a lot of workers and people from the nearby units. We keep a lot of everyday essentials on the shelves. It’s the kind of place where you can find something for the kitchen or some basic hardware stuff if you’re lucky. The shop is a bit long and narrow, so we have to be careful how we stack the buckets and crates. The traffic on the road outside is always heavy, especially with the mall right there. We spend a lot of time dusting the front because of all the trucks going by. It’s a functional shop, nothing meant for showing off. We keep the doors open all day to let the air in, even if it gets a bit noisy. Most of our customers are locals who live in the lanes behind us or people finishing their shift at one of the plants. We’ve been here for several years and have seen the mall grow and the traffic get worse. It’s just our daily life in this part of town, dealing with the dust and the noise.
