Sampoorna Ice Cream

You can find us at 78/1 on Magadi Road, right in the Shankarappa Garden area. It’s a very busy part of town with a lot of traffic passing by Sampoorna Ice Cream at all hours. Our shop isn't very large, just a basic room with our cooling equipment. We have a counter where we serve from, and that’s about it. The walls are painted a simple color that’s faded a bit over the years. We get a lot of dust from the main road, so we are always wiping down the counters and the glass. It’s a family-run operation. We aren't part of any big corporation. We just sell ice cream to the people who live around Magadi Road. In the summer, it gets very busy and the small space feels even smaller. We don't have air conditioning for the customers, just the freezers for the products. People usually just stop their bikes outside, grab something, and leave. It’s a practical business. We don't have any fancy signs or neon lights. Just the name of the shop and the address. We’ve been here for a while and we know the rhythms of the street. It’s just a normal place where we work every day to keep things going for the local crowd. The floor gets swept often but the road noise never really stops.
