If you find yourself at the Yash Shopping Complex in C V Raman Nagar, you can find us at unit A/3. It’s a quiet little corner compared to some of the bigger malls in the city. We have been here for a bit now, working out of this small space where the air usually smells like cocoa. It’s not a big operation. Most of the time it’s just us sitting at the back table wrapping things up or checking on the temperatures. The shelves are lined with boxes, and sometimes the floors get a bit sticky if we aren't careful during the middle of a busy day. People from the nearby offices often pop in when they need something quick, or parents bring their kids by after school. We don't have fancy lights or anything like that. The fluorescent bulbs overhead hum a little bit, and the glass display case has seen better days, but it shows everything clearly enough. We spend a lot of our mornings just getting everything organized before the first person walks in. It’s a simple routine. Sometimes the fridge makes a loud noise when it kicks on, but you get used to it after a week or two. We try to keep things tidy, though with chocolate everywhere, there’s usually a smudge or a bit of paper on the floor somewhere. It’s just a regular shop in a busy complex where we do our own thing every day.
