If you head up to the second floor at 31, First Main, that’s where you’ll find us. We’ve been running Rite Equipments Pvt Ltd from this space for quite some time. It’s not a ground-floor shop with a big window, so people usually come here because they already know we’re here. The stairs can be a bit of a climb if you’re carrying things, but we’re used to it by now. The office is mostly filled with desks, some old catalogs, and a lot of technical manuals. We handle equipment for various industries, and it involves a lot of checking specs and talking to suppliers. It’s not the kind of job where you wear a suit every day. Most of us just wear whatever is comfortable for a long day of work. The afternoon sun hits the windows pretty hard, so we usually keep the blinds down. It’s a quiet enough spot to get things done without too many distractions from the street. We’ve had the same people working here for years, so we all know how each other likes their coffee. We don't do much in the way of big announcements or fancy parties. We just make sure the orders are processed and the equipment gets where it needs to go. It’s straightforward work, and we prefer it that way. Sometimes the printer acts up, but that’s about as much drama as we get around here.
