Our place is located out at Survey No 189 and 190 in Kacharkanahalli. It’s near 15th Cross in the HBR Layout area. Talin Modular Office Furniture System Pvt Ltd is basically a big space where we put together desks and cabinets and things like that. Since it’s a workshop, there’s usually a lot of dust and the sound of drills going off. We spend a lot of time moving heavy panels around and making sure things fit together like they should. It’s not a fancy showroom with bright lights. It’s where the actual building happens. The Kalyanagar post area is where we get our mail, but most of our time is spent on the floor here. We have a small office area tucked in one corner where we handle the paperwork. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when a big order is going out, but we manage to keep track of it all. Most of the guys here are good with their hands and don't mind the noise. We have our tea breaks out by the gate usually. It’s a practical kind of job. We don’t have fancy titles or a dress code. We just wear clothes that we don’t mind getting a bit of glue or sawdust on. It’s a lot of physical work, but it’s satisfying to see a pile of wood turn into a finished desk. We just keep our heads down and finish what needs finishing before the day ends.
