Just Linen Home Fashion

Our shop is right on 19 Double Road in the Indiranagar Second Stage area. It’s a nice enough spot, though parking on this street can be a real headache some days. Just Linen Home Fashion is where we spend our time folding fabrics and stacking up sets of sheets. We have rows of shelves filled with different materials, and the light from the front window hits the colors differently depending on the time of day. Usually, someone is in the back checking the inventory while another person stays up front to help whoever walks in. We get a lot of people just passing through who want to feel the texture of the cotton or see how a certain curtain looks in the light. It’s a quiet kind of work, mostly. We spend time making sure the displays aren't too messy because people tend to pull things out and not put them back right. The floor is wood, and it creaks a bit near the counter. We don’t really do big advertisements; we just keep the doors open and the shelves stocked. Sometimes we sit on the stools behind the counter and talk about the neighborhood. Indiranagar has changed a lot, with new cafes popping up everywhere, but we just stick to our textiles. It feels like a comfortable place to be during the day. We have some old posters on the wall that we never bothered to take down.
