You can find Frig Crafters over in the Rajajinagar Industrial Estate. We are at unit D-101. Being in an industrial area means it’s always a bit noisy with trucks and machines, but we like it that way. It’s where things actually get built. Our space is half office and half workshop. We spend most of our time out on the floor looking at the cooling units we are putting together. There’s usually a bit of dust and the smell of metal in the air. We don't have a fancy reception area. If you come by, you’ll probably just see us in our work clothes dealing with parts and tools. We’ve been in Rajajinagar for a long time and we know the other shop owners around here. It’s a tight-knit community of makers and fixers. We focus on making sure the refrigeration equipment is solid and works like it’s supposed to. Sometimes we fall behind on the office work because we’re too busy with the actual hardware. The paperwork sits on a desk in the corner until one of us has a spare moment. We don't use big words or try to act like a giant corporation. We are just a local team doing manual work. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but we get the job done right. That's the way we've always operated. We keep the side door open for a breeze when it gets too hot in the afternoon.
