Pushp Provision Store

Pushp Provision Store is located in Sarjapur, right near the old Cityganj Cinema. It’s a classic local shop where the shelves are packed from the floor all the way to the ceiling. We sell a bit of everything that people in the neighborhood need for their kitchens. You’ll find rice, pulses, oils, and small snacks tucked into every corner. It can be a bit hard to find things if you aren't used to the layout, but we know where every single item is kept. When the movie ends at the cinema, we usually get a big rush of people coming in for cold drinks or tobacco. It gets pretty loud and crowded in here during those times. We use those old-fashioned weighing scales for some things and a calculator for the rest. There is no fancy barcode system here. We keep track of our regulars and their families, often chatting about how the kids are doing in school. The shop gets a bit dusty because of the road outside, so we are always wiping down the counters. We open early in the morning before most people are even awake and stay open until the street goes dark. It’s a long day, but it’s what we’ve always done. There’s no big philosophy behind it; we just provide what people ask for and try to be honest with everyone who walks in.
