Papanna & Sons

Papanna & Sons is located at No.2, Aeroplane Mansion. We have been in this spot for quite a while now. It’s a small shop, and truthfully, it’s a bit cluttered with boxes and old records, but we like it that way. My father started the business years ago, and I’ve been here since I was a kid. We don't have a big corporate office or a team of marketing people. It is just a few of us making sure things get done. People in the neighborhood know us by name, which is nice. Aeroplane Mansion is a bit of a local landmark, though it’s seen better days. Our shop is right there on the ground floor. We handle a variety of things depending on what people need. We don’t really have a polished way of explaining what we do; we just do it. Some days it is very busy and the phone never stops ringing, while other days we just sit and drink tea while waiting for the next person to walk through the door. We don't spend money on advertising because word of mouth has always worked for us. If someone is happy with our work, they tell their neighbor, and that is how we keep going. It is a simple life and a simple business. We try to be fair with everyone who comes in. That is how we were taught.
