Pankaj Dairy Farm Spring Fresh

We start early here at Pankaj Dairy Farm Spring Fresh. Most people in Richmond Town are still asleep when we get the first batch ready on Ramakrishnappa Road. It’s been at 14/1 for a long time now. My father started this and now I handle the daily stuff. It's not a fancy place, just a regular dairy. We deal with fresh milk and some curd every day. Some days are busier than others, especially during festivals when everyone wants extra milk for sweets. The cows need a lot of looking after, so there’s always something to do. It’s a lot of physical work, cleaning up and making sure everything is cold. Sometimes the delivery truck is late and that makes the morning a bit stressful. We just try to get the milk to the neighbors before they start their tea. You might see us sitting outside on the small bench when it’s quiet in the afternoon. It gets dusty on this road, but it's home. We don't have a big office or anything, just the shop and the storage area. It stays pretty cool inside even when the sun is out. If you walk past 14/1, you’ll probably smell the fresh milk or see the crates stacked up by the door. It’s just how we live and work here every single day without much fuss. We know most people by name around here because they've been coming for years.
