Noble Super Bazar

The Noble Super Bazar is located at No. 172 in the M R Arcade. This is right on the New Thippasandra Main Road, which is a very busy part of the Theppasandra area. If you have ever been down this road, you know how the traffic gets during the evening rush. Our store is one of the many shops in the arcade, and we occupy a decent-sized space on the ground floor. We spend a lot of time just moving crates around and making sure the vegetables are fresh. The floor is tiled, but some of them are cracked from years of heavy carts rolling over them. We don't have a corporate team or anyone telling us how to arrange things. We just put the rice bags where they fit and stack the soap boxes where people can see them. It is a local place for local people. Sometimes the billing machine acts up and we have to do things the old-fashioned way for a bit. The staff is mostly people from the nearby blocks who have been with us for a long time. We know most of the customers by name, and we hear a lot of local gossip over the counter. It is a noisy, busy, and sometimes chaotic place to work, but it is just how a neighborhood bazar is supposed to be. There is always someone looking for something.
