New Mysore Ghee Store

We've been here on Chamrajpet Masjid Road for a long time now. The shop at number 30/ 3 isn't anything fancy, just a regular place where people come when they need fresh ghee. Most of the folks who stop by are neighbors we’ve known for years. We open up early, get things ready, and stay busy until we close for the day. Dealing with ghee is just what we do. It’s a messy job sometimes, but someone has to do it. You won't find any big signs or loud music here. Just jars and tins everywhere. My father started this, and now we just keep it going as best as we can. Sometimes the street gets really crowded, especially on Fridays because of the mosque nearby, but we manage. People like the smell of the place. We don't spend money on ads or anything like that. If someone likes what they buy, they tell a friend, and that's how we stay open. It’s a simple way to run things. We don't have a website or a fancy computer. We just use the old ledger and talk to whoever walks in the door.
