Natasha Chondamma Madrira

My name is Natasha Chondamma Madrira, and I’m based over in Taverekere, Mysore. My place is right near the State Bank, which is the easiest way to describe where I am. It’s a quiet enough part of town, 44, and I’ve lived and worked around here for a while. This isn’t a big company with a hundred employees or a shiny office building. It’s more of a personal setup where I handle my daily business and meet with people who need my help. I don’t believe in having a lot of layers between me and the folks I work with. If you need something, you just come by or we talk directly. The neighborhood is nice, and having the bank nearby makes things convenient for errands. My workspace is just a room with a desk, some books, and my computer. It might not look like much to a stranger, but it’s where I get everything done. People in Mysore appreciate a direct approach, so I don’t bother with fancy titles or complicated explanations of what I do. I just handle the tasks as they come and try to be helpful to those in the community. It’s a small, independent way of working that suits me just fine.
