Nandini Milk Parlour

Our shop is tucked into the Koramangala area, near the Thakkar Bapa Society. It’s right on the Ayurvedic College Road, so we get plenty of students and staff coming by during their breaks. The atmosphere is always quite lively with people moving back and forth. We focus on getting the fresh milk out as soon as the truck drops it off. It can get a bit hectic in the mornings when everyone is in a rush to get home and make breakfast. We handle a lot of small change and keep the milk tokens ready. The space is practical, with just enough room for the coolers and a small counter. We’ve been at this spot for a while, and the local residents know us well. Sometimes the college kids come in for a quick snack or a cold drink when it’s hot outside. We don't have any big signs or bright lights, just the standard blue and white look. Dealing with dairy means we have to be careful about the temperature and keeping everything clean. We spend a lot of time checking the expiry dates and making sure the oldest stock goes out first. It’s not a complicated business, but it requires us to be here every single day without fail. The routine is the same, but the people we meet make it interesting.
