Nandini Milk Parlour

If you’re in Jayanagar East, specifically around Raikar Nagar, you’ve probably seen our little place, Nandini Milk Parlour. We start really early, usually before the sun is even up. The milk trucks come by and drop off the crates, and it's a bit of a scramble to get everything organized before the first customers show up. Most people are just looking for their morning milk packets or maybe some curd for lunch. We don’t have much room, so we keep things stacked tight. The floor is usually a bit damp from the crates being moved around. We know most of the regulars by sight, even if we don't always know their names. They come in, grab what they need, pay, and head out to start their day. It’s a very simple operation here in Jayanagar. We also stock some basic things like butter or those little sweets people like. It’s not a place where people hang out for long. It's in and out. Sometimes we have to deal with a leaky packet, which is a mess, but we just clean it up and keep going. The neighborhood is quiet for the most part, except for that early morning rush. We just try to keep the stock fresh and make sure the change drawer has enough coins for everyone. It’s just how the dairy business works at our little corner, and we stay pretty busy with it all morning.
