We've been here on Albert Street for a while now. Most people in Richmond Town know the spot near 1A. It started out because we just wanted a place where you could grab something quick without a fuss. It gets pretty busy during the lunch hour, and sometimes the seating is a bit tight, but we manage. My brother and I usually handle the counter. We don't have a big fancy menu, just stuff we like to eat ourselves. The kitchen is small, so you might have to wait a couple of minutes when there's a crowd. It’s nothing special to look at, just a regular shop with some tables. We try to keep things clean and the food hot. Sometimes we run out of certain items by late afternoon if it’s been a hectic day. We just buy what we need fresh and when it’s gone, it’s gone. People stop by on their way home or just to hang out for a bit. It’s a simple setup. Nothing more to it. We don't do deliveries much, mostly just folks walking in. You’ll see us there from morning until we close up at night. The neighborhood has changed a lot, but we’re still here in the same corner. It's just a job for us, and we're glad to have the regulars keep coming back. We try to remember how people like their orders, which helps.
