You can find Mahathma Arts over on 50 Feet Road in BSK 2nd Stage, specifically in the Muthyalamma Nagar area. We’ve been at number 9 for a good bit now. The shop is usually full of supplies and half-finished projects. It smells like paint and wood shavings most mornings. We don’t have a big fancy showroom, just the workspace where we actually do the work. People stop by with all sorts of requests, sometimes things we haven't tried before. It keeps us busy. The floor is usually a bit dusty because of the materials we use. We keep our tools on the wall so they’re easy to grab. It’s a local neighborhood, so we see a lot of the same people walking by every day. Sometimes we leave the door open to get a bit of a breeze in, even though the road noise comes in too. It isn't the quietest place to work but it has a good energy. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us who know how to handle the equipment. Every day is a bit different depending on what people bring in. We just focus on finishing what’s in front of us and making sure it looks decent. It's an honest way to spend the day. There is always something to clean up at the end of the shift.
