M D K Fruit Stall

M D K Fruit Stall is located right on the Swastic Char Rasta Road in Marathahalli. It’s easy to find because of all the colors from the mangoes, bananas, and apples we have out on the stands. We wake up very early to get the best fruit from the market before the sun gets too high. By the time most people are heading to work, we already have everything stacked and ready. It’s a lot of heavy lifting, moving crates around and making sure the ripe stuff is at the front. Marathahalli is a crowded area, so we get a lot of foot traffic throughout the day. People stop by to grab a quick snack or to pick up enough fruit for the whole week. We have to keep a close eye on the stock because it doesn't stay fresh forever in this heat. Sometimes we have to sort through things and pull out what’s gone soft. It’s a simple life, but it keeps us busy from morning until late at night. We know a lot of our regulars by name and what they like to buy. The traffic on the Rasta Road can be a mess, but it means there are always people around looking for something healthy. We just set up the stall and wait for the neighborhood to wake up. It’s been our routine for a long time.
