Kulfiz

We are located in Kundalahalli. If you are looking for kulfi, this is where we make it and sell it. We started out small and we still keep things pretty simple. The main thing is the freezer and the molds we use. We use milk and sugar and whatever flavors we are making that day. It gets very cold in the storage area, obviously. During the summer, it gets really busy and we can hardly keep up with the demand. People stop their bikes or cars outside and grab a few sticks to go. We have a few benches if you want to eat right here, but most people take it away. We don't use a lot of fancy packaging. It’s mostly just the kulfi on a stick or in a small pot. We spend our mornings getting the mixtures ready and the afternoons serving customers. Kundalahalli has a lot of people working in offices nearby, so we get a big rush in the evenings. We try to keep the traditional taste without adding too many weird ingredients. Sometimes we run out of a certain flavor by 8 PM, and we just have to tell people to come back tomorrow. It’s an honest way to make a living, and seeing kids happy with a kulfi is always nice. We just keep our heads down and keep the freezers running.
