You can find us over at Total Mall on Hosur Road in Madiwala. Being inside a shopping center is a bit different from having a street-side shop, as we have to deal with mall hours and the hum of the air conditioning all day. The space we have is dedicated to the practical side of floral work. We spend a lot of our time at the back, prepping the flowers and making sure they are ready for whatever is needed. It’s a lot of snipping and organizing vases of different sizes. The commute to Madiwala can be a pain with the traffic on Hosur Road, but once we are inside, it’s a controlled environment. We don't go in for big marketing talk; we just focus on the tasks at hand. Our workspace often has bits of ribbon and floral foam scattered around while we are working on a project. It is a steady pace of work, and we see a lot of different people passing by the mall. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of inventory delivered, so we have to be quick about putting things away. We keep our tools sharp and our buckets filled with fresh water. It’s just us doing our job in this little corner of the mall. We don't have a fancy philosophy, just a commitment to showing up and doing the work that needs to be done every single day.
