K K Arts

K K Arts is found at 104 on 6th Cross, 2nd Main. We are right by the Madeshwara Temple in the Chamrajpet area. There is some mention of Sk Ahire Marg and Worli New in the official address, but mostly we just tell people to look for the temple. We have been doing art and design work here for a long time. It’s a bit of a messy studio. We usually have sketches and materials spread out across the tables. It is not the kind of place you’d find in a high-rise office building. We are a small group of people who just like making things. We don’t have any fancy titles or a corporate hierarchy. We just take orders and see what we can do with them. Some days are full of creative energy, and other days it is just a lot of manual labor and cleaning up. We get a lot of walk-in customers from the neighborhood. It is a nice community to be part of. We don't really do much advertising. Our work usually speaks for itself when people see it around the neighborhood. We are just happy to have a space where we can do our thing. It’s a bit dusty and the floors are stained with paint, but it feels like home to us. We just keep at it day after day and try to make things look right.
