The Spice Chef

If you find yourself in JC Nagar, look for the TV Tower main gate. We are right across from it, tucked into E-4 in the Dgqa Officers Enclave. It is a quiet enough spot most days, though the traffic near the tower can get a bit loud during the rush hours. The Spice Chef isn't a fancy place with a big lobby or anything like that. It is just where we handle our daily work with spices and food. Most of the time, the air around here smells like whatever we are grinding or mixing that morning. Some days it is heavy with turmeric, and other days you can smell the chili from the street. We have been in this spot for a while now. The building is older, but it works for what we need. We spend a lot of our time checking bags and making sure the labels are on straight. It is a small team here. Sometimes we forget to answer the door right away if we are busy in the back, so you might have to knock twice. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy things for us. We just focus on the spices and getting orders ready for people who know where to find us. Living and working near the TV tower is part of our routine. We see the same neighbors every day and keep things simple. It’s a practical setup for a practical job.
