Jaspreet Ice Creams

Our little shop, Jaspreet Ice Creams, is located at 26/4/1 in Electronics City, Phase 1. Specifically, we are over in Neeladri Nagar. Being in this part of town means things are always moving. We have the freezers running all day and night to keep everything solid. When we first opened up, we weren't sure how many people would stop by for a cold treat in the middle of a busy tech hub, but it turns out everyone likes ice cream. The shop isn't anything special to look at from the outside, just a standard storefront where we keep the stock. We spend a lot of our time checking the temperatures and making sure the deliveries arrive on time. Sometimes the power goes out and then we really have to move fast to make sure nothing melts. That is the main stress of this kind of job. On hot days, the door is constantly opening and closing. We see a lot of people who work in the nearby offices coming in during their breaks or right after they finish their shifts. It gets quite loud with the hum of the cooling units. We keep a chair behind the counter for when things slow down. Most of the people who come in live nearby in Neeladri Nagar. We know a few of them by name now. It’s a simple business, just selling ice cream to neighbors. It gets dark around here early, but we keep the lights on until the last customer leaves for home.
