Inside Scoop Amul Ice Creams

We are over here in JP Nagar B Wing, mostly just keeping the freezers running and making sure there is enough stock for when the kids come by. It gets really busy in the evenings after dinner time. We spend a lot of time wiping down the counters and checking the temperatures. Inside Scoop Amul Ice Creams has been in this spot for a while now. Most days it is just about opening the lids and scooping out whatever flavor people want. Some days the delivery truck is late and we have to wait around, but usually, things go okay. It stays pretty cold inside because of all the machines, which is nice when it is hot outside. We have the usual stuff like vanilla and chocolate but some people always ask for things we don't have. We just try to keep the place tidy and the lights on. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to worry about the ice cream melting, but we have a backup. It is not a big place, just a simple shop where you can get a cone or a cup. The regulars know us by now. We see the same faces every week coming in for their family packs. It’s a lot of standing around and then a lot of rushing when a big group walks in from the street. We just do our work and go home when the tubs are empty.
