Indulge Chocolates

Our shop is at 11/7-G in Yeshwantpur Havanur Extension. We have been working out of this small space for a good number of years now. It’s not much to look at from the outside, just a simple door and a small window. Most days, we are in the back tempering chocolate and pouring it into molds. It’s a slow process that requires a lot of standing. The kitchen gets quite warm, especially in the afternoons. We use a few old machines that we’ve had since the beginning. They make a bit of noise, but they still work fine. My cousin helps me with the packing on the weekends when things get a bit more hectic. We don't have a big team of workers or a fancy office. Most of our time is spent just making sure the chocolate sets right. The floor can get a little messy with cocoa powder, so we spend a lot of time sweeping. Havanur Extension is a quiet neighborhood for the most part. We know most of the people who walk by every day. Sometimes they pop their heads in just to say hello. We don't do much advertising or anything like that. People just find us by word of mouth. It’s a simple way to run a business, but it works for us. We just keep our heads down and do the work every day without much fuss.
