Heritage Foods India Ltd

Down in Banashankari 42, we run things for Heritage Foods India Ltd. It’s mostly about getting the milk and food products out to the shops and families around here. Every morning starts early, usually before the sun is even up, because that’s when the deliveries start moving. You can hear the crates clinking and the trucks backing up. It’s a busy spot, and there isn't much time for sitting around once the work starts. We deal with a lot of local vendors who stop by to pick up their daily stock for their own small shops. The building isn't much to look at from the outside, just a practical space for keeping things cold and moving them along. We’ve been at this address for a good bit now, so we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. Despite all the growth, people still need their basics like milk and curd every single day. We just focus on making sure the supply doesn't run out. It's a lot of physical work, lifting crates and checking lists, but it keeps the neighborhood fed. Sometimes the paperwork gets backed up or a delivery is late because of the traffic on the main road, but we manage to get through the day somehow. It’s just what we do here at the center. We keep the coolers running and the trucks loaded so things stay fresh for the breakfast rush.
