Gmt Ice Creams

Our shop sits right on Old Airport Road, near the Hal 2Nd Stage area. If you know Indira Nagar, you know how busy the traffic gets out there. We are at number 12. People usually duck in here to escape the sun or while they are waiting for their ride. It is not a huge place, but we have enough room for a freezer and some counter space. We spend a lot of our day just refilling the tubs and cleaning up after the lunch rush. It gets noisy outside with all the cars, but inside it is mostly just the sound of the fridge running. We have a few different kinds of ice cream, nothing too wild, just the basics that everyone knows. Sometimes we run out of the popular stuff by the evening if it has been a hot day. We don't do much advertising; people just see us when they are walking past. It's a steady job, keeping everything cold and serving whoever walks through the door. We see a lot of office workers during their breaks. They usually want something fast and cold. We try to keep the floors swept, but with the dust from the road, it is a constant task. It is just a regular local business, nothing fancy about it. We stay open late enough for the after-dinner crowd to get a scoop before heading home. We just focus on the daily tasks and keeping things running smoothly.
