Fresh N More Super Market

Our store is right in Thippasandra, in the middle of the neighborhood. It’s a local supermarket where people from around the area come to get their daily supplies. We open up early in the morning, usually before most people are even awake, to get the fresh stock onto the shelves. It can be a bit of a mess when the crates are arriving, but we try to get it sorted quickly. The aisles are narrow because we try to fit in as many different items as possible so that people can find what they need. It gets really busy in the evenings when everyone is coming home from work. You’ll hear the sound of the billing machines and people chatting while they wait in line. We don't have a big corporate team; it’s just us and a few helpers who keep the place running. Sometimes we run out of something popular, and we have to explain to the regulars when the next batch will arrive. It’s a very hands-on job, whether it’s cleaning the floors or re-stacking the heavy rice bags. We know many of our customers by name because they come in every few days. It’s not a fancy shopping experience, just a practical one for the local residents. We just want to make sure the milk is cold and the vegetables are fresh every day. We’ve been part of Thippasandra for a good while now.
