Flavours Ice Cream Parlour

You can find us in Malleshwaram at the Govind Halwai Chowk. It is a pretty well-known spot around here. We have the freezers running all day and night to keep everything cold. Being at the chowk means there is always something happening outside the window. We see all kinds of people walking by, from kids coming back from school to older folks taking their evening walks. The parlour isn't very big, but we have enough room for the counters and a few spots for people to stand and eat. It gets quite busy in the evenings when the weather is warm. We spend a lot of our time just scooping and cleaning up the spills. It is a simple job, but it keeps us on our feet. Malleshwaram is a nice area with a lot of history, and being near Govind Halwai Chowk puts us right in the middle of things. We don't do much advertising. People usually just find us because they are in the neighborhood. We keep a variety of tubs in the back. Sometimes a flavor runs out and we have to wait for the next delivery. That is just part of it. We just like being part of the daily life here in this corner of the city. We have a couple of small tables outside too. It is just us here every day working away.
