You can find us at Rajajinagar, specifically at 670/1. It’s a cozy little spot that’s usually filled with the smell of fried snacks and different spices. At D K A Setty Condiments, we spend most of our mornings preparing the fresh batches for the day. It’s a family-run kind of thing, so there’s always someone around who knows the history of the shop. We sell all the usual stuff people like to have with their tea. The shelves are lined with packets we fill by hand every afternoon. It gets pretty crowded in here around five o'clock when people are heading home from work. We don't have a big team, just a few of us making sure the quality is what it should be. The floor is a bit worn down from all the foot traffic over the years. We’ve seen kids grow up and start bringing their own kids here. It’s not a fancy supermarket; it’s just a corner shop where things are done the old way. Sometimes we run out of the popular items early, and we have to tell people to come back tomorrow morning. We don't use any big machines for packing, just simple scales and plastic bags. It’s a lot of work, but we like being part of the neighborhood. The street is usually busy, but it feels like home to us after all this time.
